In this position of responsibility, you will support our kitchen management in organizing and leading the entire kitchen department. Together with the kitchen team, you will ensure the preparation and appealing presentation of high-quality dishes at a consistently high standard.

Our Requirements – Your Skills

• Supporting the Head Chef in the day-to-day management of the kitchen and acting as a substitute in their absence
• Shared responsibility for the smooth running of daily kitchen operations
• Independent preparation and creative presentation of high-quality dishes
• Ensuring consistently high quality and adherence to kitchen standards
• Responsible handling of food and economical use of resources
• Monitoring and adherence to all hygiene and safety regulations in accordance with HACCP
• Assistance with ordering supplies, inventory management, and monitoring deliveries
• Ability to work in a team, resilience, and a structured and clean work style
• Completed training as a chef and professional experience in a comparable position are a plus
• Good German language skills appropriate to the role
• A Class B driver’s license and personal vehicle are advantageous due to the work schedule
