Requirements

Junior Sous Chef (m/f/d) – Hotel im Park

In this position of responsibility, you will support our kitchen management in organizing and coordinating the entire kitchen area. Together with the kitchen team, you will ensure the preparation and appealing presentation of high-quality dishes at a consistently high standard.

Supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chefs in the operational management of the kitchenActing as a substitute for the Sous Chef in their absenceSharing responsibility for the smooth running of daily kitchen operationsIndependent preparation and creative presentation of high-quality dishesEnsuring consistently high quality and adherence to kitchen standardsResponsible handling of food and economical use of resourcesMonitoring and compliance with all hygieneand safety regulations in accordance with HACCPAssisting with ordering supplies, inventory management, and monitoring of deliveriesAbility to work in a team, resilience, and a structured and clean work styleCompleted training as a chef and initial professional experience in a comparable position are advantageousGood German language skills appropriate to the roleA Class B driver’s license and personal vehicle are advantageous due to the work schedule
