Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Assist the sous chef and help manage the kitchen in the head chef’s absence
- Sharing responsibility for managing the team
- Assisting with the creation of menus for the half-board restaurant and the à la carte lunch menu
- Preparing dishes to the highest standards
- Purchasing ingredients, ensuring quality, monitoring, and maintaining an overview of inventory
- Maintaining good and close cooperation with all departments
- Compliance with and monitoring of all hygiene and food safety regulations and requirements (e.g., HACCP)
- Language skills
German
C1 (advanced knowledge)
