Requirements
Tasks:
- Support of the sous chef and co-management of the kitchen in the absence of the head chef
- Co-responsibility for the management of the team
- Assisting in the preparation of menus for the half-board restaurant and lunch à la carte menu
- Preparation of dishes to the highest standard
- Purchasing of goods Quality assurance, control and overview of stock levels
- Good and close cooperation with all departments
- Compliance with and monitoring of all hygiene and food law requirements and regulations (e.g. HACCP)
- Language skills
