Tasks
- Acting Head Chef
- Staff Management
- Assisting with the organization of smooth operations in the kitchen
- Coordinating between the front-of-house and the kitchen
- Carrying out necessary preparation tasks (mise en place)
- Preparing and cooking meals
- Compliance with HACCP guidelines
- Assisting with the ongoing training of our team
Requirements
Do you have experience in fine dining and want to fulfill our guests’ wishes with great attention to detail? Do you enjoy working as part of a team with experienced professionals and would like to become part of a successful company?
- Several years of professional experience in a comparable position
- Passion for the profession
- Creativity
- Good command of German and English
- Motivation and enjoyment of working as part of a team
- A friendly and approachable demeanor
- Sense of responsibility
- Reliability and punctuality
Language skills
German B2 (good intermediate level)
Work permit
Must have a work permit (or be an EU citizen)
