Description
Together with Executive Chef Stephan Gerstner, you will be responsible for the entire kitchen and will uphold the diversity of Austrian culinary tradition and Mediterranean lightness.
- You take pleasure in working with local ingredients prepared in a creative and flavorful way.
- Ideally, you have experience in all kitchen stations.
- You contribute your ideas and are creative in preparing the daily à la carte menus for up to 120 discerning guests
- Working hand in hand with Stephan, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of daily operations and will play a key role in maintaining our high standards.
Requirements
- Completed culinary training and experience working with high-quality, fresh ingredients
- You are a team player, reliable, and flexible
- You thrive on working independently and enjoy contributing your own ideas
- You think and act with cost awareness, while also being business-minded and service-oriented. You are distinguished by a strong commitment to quality and the desire and enthusiasm to learn something new every day.
