As Sous Chef, you are a central part of this success. You’ll work closely with the head chef, take on responsibility for day-to-day operations, and actively contribute your own ideas. In doing so, you’ll have the opportunity to help shape processes, develop your team, and leave a lasting mark on the culinary identity of the Loxone Campus.   • Ensuring smooth daily operations 
  • Active participation in the preparation and presentation of dishes 
  • Helping to develop and implement new dishes and seasonal menus 
  • Leading, motivating, and training the kitchen team 
  • Monitoring and ensuring compliance with quality and hygiene standards (HACCP) 
  • Shared responsibility for ordering, receiving, and storing supplies 
  • Optimizing workflows and processes in the kitchen

Requirements

  • Completed training as a chef 
  • Several years of professional experience, ideally in a similar position
  • Passion for fresh, high-quality, and regional cuisine
  • A structured, independent, and solution-oriented approach to work
  • Ability to work well in a team and initial experience in managing staff
  • High attention to quality and attention to detail
  • Ability to handle pressure and remain flexible even in stressful situations
  • Creativity and a passion for contributing new ideas

For legal reasons, we would like to note that the salary for this position is set at a minimum of €35,000 gross per year (based on full-time employment—40 hours), depending on qualifications and experience. We are willing to pay more commensurate with your skills and look forward to meeting you even if your salary expectations exceed the stated range.
