Your culinary mission: 

• Working with the head chef to masterfully organize the day-to-day running of the kitchen 
• Prepare dishes with creativity and precision to the highest standards Guide and motivate the kitchen team 
• Taking over kitchen management in the absence of the head chef 
• Assisting with ordering high-quality ingredients and monitoring stock levels 
• Enforcing the highest kitchen hygiene and health standards (HACCP) 
• Finding quick and efficient solutions to any challenges 
• Maintaining a positive and professional attitude toward employees and guests at all times
