Your culinary mission:
- Work with the head chef to masterfully organize daily kitchen operations
- Prepare dishes with creativity and precision to the highest standards Guide and motivate the kitchen team
- Taking over kitchen management in the head chef’s absence
- Assisting with the ordering of high-quality ingredients and monitoring inventory levels
- Enforce the highest kitchen hygiene and health standards (HACCP)
- Find quick and efficient solutions to any challenges that arise
- Always maintain a positive and professional attitude toward staff and guests
Requirements
- Completed vocational training and experience in the kitchen
- Creativity in designing menus and dishes
- Strong communication skills and team spirit
- Ability to quickly identify and resolve challenges
- Well-groomed appearance and positive demeanor
- Passion for the culinary arts and a high level of commitment
- Flexibility and resilience
