Requirements
* Independent leadership of the kitchen team during the absence of the head chef
* Joint further development of our gastronomic concept & interest in vegetarian/vegan cuisine
* You contribute creatively to the menu design
* Preparation and attractive presentation of the dishes
* Compliance with and control of HACCP regulations
* Induction of new employees
