Your role:
- Acting as the head chef’s deputy and assisting with the day-to-day organization of the kitchen
- Assisting with the management and coordination of the kitchen team
- Actively participating in daily kitchen operations and independently managing a station
- Contributing to menu planning, quality control, and the further development of the kitchen
- Working with high-quality, regional products

Requirements
- Completed culinary training
- Several years of experience in the upscale hotel or restaurant industry as a chef de partie or higher
- Experience in organizing a kitchen station and initial leadership experience are a plus
- Structured approach to work, a sense of responsibility, and team spirit
- Passion for cooking and high standards of quality
German language skills at least at the A2 level (good basic knowledge)
