we are a very good 4 star hotel, directly on the Weissensee. We have about 60 guests, half board, no a la carte. a small lunch menu a la carte menu. We offer a 5 course menu in the evening. Appetizer, soup, salad buffet, 3 main courses to choose from, dessert, cheese buffet. Guests choose their main course in the morning. The kitchen team consists of the head chef, an assistant chef, a junior chef, a kitchen assistant and a dishwasher. They support the chef in all areas and assist him on his day off.
