Requirements
We are a very good 4-star hotel, located directly on Lake Weissensee. We have approx. 60 guests, half board, no à la carte, a small lunch menu. We offer a 5-course menu in the evening. Starter, soup, salad buffet, choice of 3 main courses, dessert, cheese buffet. Guests choose their main course in the morning. The kitchen team consists of the head chef, an assistant chef/sous chef, two kitchen assistants, and a dishwasher. You will support the head chef in all areas and stand in for him on his day off.
