We’re looking for an experienced Assistant Housekeeper (m/f/d) to join our housekeeping team—someone who enjoys taking on responsibility, keeping everything organized, and working with the team to ensure a perfect guest experience every day.

Tasks
Your Responsibilities with Us
- Assisting our housekeeper with the daily organization and coordination of housekeeping
- Guiding, motivating, and supporting our housekeeping team
- Inspecting guest rooms, suites, and public areas to ensure they meet our quality standards
- Helping to organize work schedules, linen supply, and inventory
- Working closely with the front desk, housekeeping, and other departments
- Acting as a substitute for the housekeeper in her absence
Requirements
What We're Looking for in You
- Experience in housekeeping, ideally in a managerial or supervisory role
- A keen eye for cleanliness, order, and the small details
- Organizational skills, a sense of responsibility, and the ability to work independently
- A warm, respectful manner toward guests and colleagues
- Team spirit, flexibility, and a willingness to roll up your sleeves and pitch in
- Enjoyment of working in a demanding hotel environment
Experience
4 Jahre Work experience
< 1 Jahr Leadership experience

MS Outlook (Basic knowledge)
