Description
Your responsibilities are incredibly varied… - Reception - Guest services - Check-in and check-out - Processing daily booking inquiries and reservations - Room inspections - Seminar support -> Coffee breaks and preparation of seminar rooms tailored to our clients and guests, monitoring arrivals and departures - Various administrative office tasks, seminar client support, as well as various accounting tasks and coordination - You keep your eyes open as you go about your work.
Requirements
As for you… - you have a confident and well-groomed appearance - a passion for the restaurant industry and that certain touch of quirkiness :-P - a strong team spirit and commitment - enjoy your work and like working with friendly colleagues and guests - ideally, experience in the hospitality industry or a solid background in tourism - are proficient with computer systems (Office suite, Fidelio...) - are a multitasker and can handle stress well - speak fluent German and have a good command of English
