Description
Your area of responsibility is absolutely varied... - Reception - Guest care - Check in and check out - Processing of daily booking requests and reservations - Room control - Seminar support -> Coffee breaks and preparation of the seminar rooms individually tailored to our customers and guests, arrival and departure control - Various administrative office tasks, seminar customer care - You go through the company with open eyes.
Requirements
As for you ... - you have a self-confident and well-groomed appearance - a penchant for gastronomy and that certain something of craziness :-P - a strong team spirit and commitment - enjoy your work and like to work with nice colleagues and guests - ideally experience in the hotel industry or a sound tourism education - can handle IT systems well (Office package, Fidelio...) - are multitasking and stress-resistant - speak fluent German and have a good command of English
