Description
As a country hotel specializing in seminars, conferences, and events of all kinds, we have a lot to organize in advance and need to provide our guests with the best possible service on site.
Starting work at 6:00 a.m. gives you the advantage of a long afternoon off.
Another bonus is that we are closed at Christmas!
Your responsibilities:
- Daily mise en place for breakfast
- Serving food and beverages to guests
- Working independently
- Various preparatory and follow-up work in the service process
- Teamwork... everyone supports everyone else and we are not above any task
- Supervision of the breakfast buffet during service
- Various kitchen preparation tasks for breakfast (baking pastries, preparing rice pudding, cutting sausage and cheese platters, cutting fruit and vegetables)
- Preparing and supervising coffee breaks during morning seminars
Requirements
As for you,
- you have a confident and well-groomed appearance
- Experience in routine service procedures
- Experience in the hotel industry
- Knowledge of beverages and basic kitchen skills
- Ambition and perseverance
- You enjoy learning new things, processes, and products
- You work accurately
- Enjoy your work and enjoy working with friendly colleagues and guests
- Speak fluent German and English
- Language skills
