Description
As a 4-star country hotel specializing in seminars, conferences, and events of all kinds, we are looking for an energetic addition to our service team.
We offer a varied, challenging, and responsible position on a young, close-knit team in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
- Professional restaurant service and courteous guest care; breakfast, lunch, and dinner shifts as scheduled
- Maintaining and keeping the restaurant area clean
- Seminar support (coffee breaks, beverage service, etc.)
- Adherence to quality and service standards
- Support in other guest-facing areas, including bar operations
Requirements
- A confident and well-groomed appearance
- A strong focus on service, with an eye toward the guest’s well-being and expectations
- Commitment, strong communication skills, and, at times, the ability to handle stress
- Passion for interacting with colleagues and guests
- Fluency in German and a good command of English
- Language skills
