Your Responsibilities
- Providing a professional and warm welcome to our guests
- Providing expert care and advice to our guests throughout their stay
- Processing reservation requests as well as written and telephone correspondence
- Ensuring a smooth flow of information during shift handoffs
- Close collaboration and communication with all departments of the hotel
- Supporting sales promotion activities and actively promoting additional sales
- Assisting the reception manager with organizational and administrative tasks
- Acting as a substitute for the reception manager in their absence
- Ensuring a smooth daily workflow at the front office

Requirements
Your Profile
- Completed business or tourism training
- Experience at the front desk or in the front office, ideally in the upscale hospitality industry
- Strong guest- and service-oriented mindset
- Excellent written and spoken German and English
- Organizational skills and the ability to work independently and systematically
- Ability to work under pressure, flexibility, and a strong sense of responsibility
- Friendly, confident, and professional demeanor
- Enjoyment of teamwork and leadership
