We are a family-run 4-star superior hotel in the Alps and a leading provider of seminar and conference tourism in Austria.
Facilities and amenities alone are not enough. It is only through a relaxed atmosphere and friendly, high-quality service that a hotel becomes a feel-good hotel. Guests feel cared for, pampered, and at home. That is our goal, and to achieve it, we are looking for employees who are willing to support us in this endeavor.
For precisely the same reasons, the well-being of our employees is also very important to us, because only those who feel good can convey a sense of well-being.
To this end, we offer our employees free use of sports facilities such as tennis, squash, bowling, fitness room, etc., and we also promote the further training of our team through our employee academy.
New highlight since 2023: Electric cars available for employees to use free of charge!
Buffet-style catering, soft drinks, and espresso coffee are provided every day, as is free use of washing machines and dryers in our staff residence.
New highlight since 2025: We invested EUR 17 million in the new World of Congress in Saalfelden. The new team restaurant was built in spring 2025. This was followed by the team lounge with indoor and outdoor areas and a modern team entrance. Unique and exciting for our Brandlhofer employees.
