Daily preparation of mise en place Preparation and plating of dishes Organization and coordination of processes at your station Economical and responsible handling of food and raw materials Continuous maintenance of quality standards and production processes Compliance with HACCP standards throughout the kitchen area

Requirements

Completed training as a chef or pastry chef and experience in fine dining
Current HACCP training or comparable training in hygiene standards
Excellent technical and product knowledge
Ability to make decisions and work in a team
Confident and professional demeanor
Good knowledge of German
Valid work permit

Language skills

English

B2 (good intermediate level)

German

Work permit: Must have a work permit (or be an EU citizen)
Working time: Full-time (5 days)

Work experience: 1 Jahr

Salary: starting at €2,500, with a willingness to pay significantly more depending on qualifications and experience as Chef de Partie
