Description
We are a family-run 4-star superior hotel in the Alps and a leading provider of seminar and conference tourism in Austria.

Your tasks will include:
- Setting up, dismantling, and supervising conference, seminar, and event rooms
- Supporting the technical team in all tasks
- Preparing seminar rooms (seating, IT, and seminar equipment)
- Looking after guests at the congress with coffee breaks and advice, as well as acting as a local contact person
- Organizing all technical and IT matters in the "World of Congress" area, such as sound, lighting, presentations, etc.
- Support for multimedia technology in the new Congress (during the day and, if necessary, at gala events in the evening)
- General maintenance of our rooms, suites, and public areas
- Carrying out repairs in the hotel and all associated premises
- Support in maintaining the outdoor facilities
- Maintenance of equipment
- Maintenance of the hotel and its facilities
- Compliance with waste separation and implementation
Requirements
Friendly and confident manner
- Basic technical and manual skills
- Experience in IT and multimedia, or an understanding of modern technology in the events sector
- Independent and responsible way of working
- Team player with a "yes we can" attitude
- Good German language skills and service-oriented mindset
- Hotel experience is an advantage, but not essential
- Class B driver's license is an advantage
