Reception Training:
- Training in guest relations and guest care
- Supporting and performing standard front desk duties: check-in & check-out as well as porter services
- Training in reservations, sales, and marketing
- Active sales to guests Adherence to established quality standards
Requirements
- Flexibility, a professional appearance, and good manners
- Strong communication skills
- Team player, enthusiastic, and reliable
- Successful completion of compulsory schooling
- Language skills
