Our corporate philosophy
We are a family-run 4-star hotel with approximately 90 rooms located in the heart of Warth am Arlberg—a place where hospitality is a tradition and nature recharges your energy every day. We are the third generation to run our hotel with dedication and passion. Our goal is to create an environment where both guests and staff feel equally at home.

Our house is located at an elevation of 1,500 meters, right across from the Dorfbahn—the gateway to Austria’s largest ski resort, Ski Arlberg. Whether in winter or summer, here you’ll find the perfect balance between work, nature, and leisure.

Free accommodation
We offer our employees free accommodations right here at the hotel.
The rooms have their own bathroom with a shower and toilet. There are cooking facilities in our staff kitchen. Laundry, drying, and ironing facilities are available at the hotel.

And three times a day—because for us, good food is an essential part of our workday.
Fitness and Sauna
The fitness room is available to all employees every day, subject to availability. Our employees may use the sauna upon request.
Salary
Vorarlberg has the highest collective bargaining agreement in Austria. Our salaries start at the level set by the collective bargaining agreement, and there is no upper limit depending on your qualifications.
Warth-Schröcken TeamCard
With the Warth-Schröcken TeamCard, you can purchase the ski pass (season pass) in winter and the Lech Card (season pass) in summer at the advance-sale rate
