Are you passionate about traditional-modern cuisine and looking to take on responsibility? Would you like to contribute your skills to a team that values quality, creativity, and team spirit? Then you’ve come to the right place!
The weekly work schedule is 48 hours spread over 6 days. Theemployment contract begins on December 8, 2025, and is expected to run through April 17, 2026.
Your role on the team
- You’ll prepare our dishes fresh and with love—down-to-earth, regional, and with a special touch
- You’ll manage your station in the kitchen independently, with a keen sense of organization and workflow.
- You ensure a clean, efficient mise-en-place so that everything runs smoothly during service.
- You handle food with care and know how to get the most out of simple ingredients.
- You contribute your own ideas and help creatively develop our cuisine—no frills, just great taste.
- You monitor the quality of the food and ensure that our guests can enjoy it with a smile.
- You support your team in day-to-day operations and work hand in hand with them—even when things get stressful.
- Of course, you adhere to all hygiene and safety guidelines in the kitchen.
Requirements
What you bring to the table
- Do you have a culinary degree and several years of professional experience in the restaurant or hotel industry?
- Do you enjoy showcasing your creativity in food presentation?
- Do you possess excellent technical knowledge, an entrepreneurial mindset, and cost awareness?
- Do you have initial experience managing your own station?
- Do your sense of responsibility and initiative set you apart?
- Are your problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills impressive?
- Are flexibility and resilience second nature to you?
- Are you creative, open to new ideas, and eager to continuously develop yourself?
- Do you love working with others to create something great?
- Excellent German and English skills; additional languages are a plus.
