Breakfast Chef (m/f/d)

The weekly work schedule is 48 hours spread over 6 days. Theemployment contract begins on December 7, 2026, and is expected to run through April 12, 2027.

Your role on the team

• You’ll interact with our guests in the open kitchen in a friendly manner.
• You will oversee and prepare the complete mise-en-place for the breakfast buffet.
• You will cook reliably and independently in the show kitchen.
• You will prepare egg dishes and the daily specials for the buffet.
• You assist with other kitchen tasks.
• You comply with all hygiene and food safety regulations.
• You ensure quality, for example by tasting dishes and checking expiration dates.
• You adhere to our internal quality standards.
• You will keep your workstation clean and tidy.
