Hello there!
Are you a warm and welcoming host who has a smile on your face even before the first cup of coffee, and who loves making sure our guests have a perfect start to their day? Do you work carefully, are friendly, and keep a cool head even in hectic situations? Then you’re exactly the right person for us as a breakfast server at Hotel Walserberg!
The weekly work schedule is 48 hours, spread over 6 days. The employment contract begins on December 7, 2026, and is expected to end on April 12, 2027.
Your role on the team
- In the morning, you’ll be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they have a great start to their day with warmth and attentiveness.
- You will oversee the breakfast buffet, serve coffee, tea, and egg dishes, and ensure that everything is fresh, inviting, and complete.
- Tidiness and cleanliness in the breakfast area are a given for you.
- Mise en place and minor preparations for the coming day are also part of your responsibilities.
Requirements

- Do you have professional experience in the restaurant/hospitality industry?
- Are you a warm and welcoming host with strong communication skills and a service-oriented mindset?
- Do you have a good sense of what guests need, a confident demeanor, and an eye for detail?
- Do your sense of responsibility and initiative set you apart?
- Do you value cleanliness, quality, and a professional demeanor—for yourself and your team?
- Are you fluent in German and English? Any additional languages are a plus
