Description
We are looking for an apprentice for our fine dining kitchen who not only wants to learn about our traditional, down-to-earth Austrian cuisine but also seeks creativity and international flair. Our chefs are highly trained and well-equipped to pass on their knowledge. The apprenticeship stipend and vacation entitlement are based on the guidelines of the Chamber of Commerce and the collective bargaining agreement. Accommodation and meals are provided free of charge. We’re also happy to support you with exam preparation. But before the apprenticeship officially begins, you’re welcome to stop by for a trial day so you can get to know our company and the entire team beforehand. Offer
Our hotel is open nearly 10 months a year; the rest of the time is spent on vacation or attending vocational school in Absam for two months. The vocational school is 85 km away, and accommodation is provided at the boarding school during that time. Our staff housing is 100 meters away, and we also offer single rooms for apprentices.
