Description
To strengthen our team, we are looking for a friendly, reliable floor server to serve our hotel guests. You will be responsible for ensuring that service runs smoothly and efficiently on your floor. * Our hotel has 120 beds and specializes in wellness and family accommodations. * No à la carte menu, but full board is provided for hotel guests. In the evening, 2–3-course meals are served; other meals are buffet-style. * The service team consists of up to 9 colleagues, depending on the season. * High-quality staff housing located 100 meters away. Long-term employment is preferred; the hotel is open for 9.5 months of the year.
Requirements
You already have several years of service experience in the upscale hospitality industry; you are service-oriented and able to work effectively as part of a team. Your goal is to lead and develop a young, experienced team with a high degree of personal responsibility, dedication, and organizational skills. Your profile is rounded out by your willingness to go the extra mile and your team player qualities. You are fluent in German and English, and ideally speak another foreign language. A polished demeanor, strong communication skills, and a well-groomed appearance are a given for you.
