We, the G'sund & Natur Hotel DIE WASNERIN, are located in the middle of the beautiful Ausseerland region, surrounded by mountains and lakes. In such a diverse region, it is no wonder that culinary delights play a central role. This is also the case at the WASNERIN, because enjoyment is known to be the best way to relax and take time out.

...with great attention to detail and to the product, it is a matter close to our hearts, the WASNERIN kitchen team, to bring the Ausseerland to the outside world with our regional and light vitality cuisine.
Enjoyment begins with the first component of an appetizer and ends with the words of praise from a satisfied guest. We offer our guests the opportunity to put together their own individual evening menu so that they can choose from the full range of options. We also offer vegetarian and vegan alternatives in our 5-course menu every day and also cater to special requests. This enables us to satisfy the tastes of even the most demanding guests. Afterwards, it is a matter of course that our guests go home with the WASNERIN feeling.

To ensure that every day runs smoothly and tidily, we need your commitment as a dishwasher. Be it the proper cleaning of kitchen utensils or checking the cleanliness of plates and cutlery. As extensive as your area of responsibility is, it is just as important, because without this help we would not be where we are now in culinary terms and as a hotel.

What can you expect from us?
- Work in a 15-strong kitchen team
- Implementation and proper cleaning of all kitchen utensils and equipment (dishes, glasses, pots, etc.)
- Cleaning work materials and the kitchen area, including storage and cold storage rooms
- Daily inspection of the ward for cleanliness and tidiness
- Perception of further work in the course of business
- Cleaning of public areas as required according to instructions
- Responsibility for the careful and proper handling of all work materials, equipment and hotel facilities
- Lively teamwork within the department, as well as across departments
- Compliance with HACCP standards
- Exemplifying and adhering to the corporate philosophy
