As a Commis de Rang, all doors are open to you. Your varied and wide-ranging area of work will give you an insight into all our gastronomic areas. This includes our restaurant, the hotel bar and also numerous events such as readings, music evenings etc..
Once you have found your heart's desire in one of these areas, we will be happy to support you with any further training so that you can realize your goal, your dream with us.
What can you expect from us?
- Collaboration in a 25-strong service team
- Active support for the station waiters
- General service work such as laying out "mise en place" preparations, serving food & drinks
- General breakfast service with buffet set-up
- A la carte Service am Nachmittag
- First-class evening service
- Optimal guest care & active sales to guests
- Teamwork within the service department and with the kitchen
- Compliance with the specified quality standards
- Flexible use in all gastronomic areas, e.g. at the hotel bar
- Exemplifying and adhering to the corporate philosophy

Requirements
- Preferably a successfully completed apprenticeship as a hotel and catering assistant or a successfully completed hotel management school / tourism school
- A communicative, creative and open nature
- Enjoy dealing with people
- Natural friendliness
- Enthusiasm and interest in the profession
- Reliability
- Enjoy working in a team
- Well-groomed appearance
- Professional language skills in German
- Interest in long-term training and promotion opportunities within the company
