What can you expect from us ..
...in the 1st year of apprenticeship
- Answering general inquiries from guests (e.g. by telephone, e-mail ...)
- Creating arrival and departure lists
- Receiving and organizing additional requests from guests
- Competent use of the equipment in your work area (e.g. printer, PC/laptop ...)
- Understanding of the objectives of corporate marketing and e-commerce

...in the 2nd year of apprenticeship
- Targeted offering of additional services
- Use of hotel-specific software (e.g. reservation system)
- Receipt and processing of reservations, bookings and cancellations
- Editing e-mails
- Collaboration in the design of company communication media (e.g. social media contributions, newsletter, guest newspaper ...)

...in the 3rd year of apprenticeship
- Creating food and drink menus
- Preparation of final accounts for guests and checking for accuracy
- Receipt of payments from guests
- Checking the cash balance
- Determine simple key figures (e.g. capacity utilization)
- Analyzing operational data
- Participation in search engine marketing (e.g. optimizing online content, creating texts)

- Getting to know the company and the internal processes in all departments
- Compliance with the corporate philosophy
- Attending vocational school
- Preparation for the final apprenticeship examination
