You’ll be the first face guests see—your warm welcome will delight every guest! Your diverse responsibilities include: check-in, check-out, invoicing, invoice verification, cash register management, reservations by phone and in person, complaint handling, maintaining records, and ensuring order and organization in both the front and back offices. You’ll serve as the point of contact with other departments and be the main point of contact for many guests.
