Dishwasher (m/f/d)

Responsibilities

• Collection and sorting of used tableware, cutlery, and kitchen utensils
• Cleaning (washing, rinsing, drying) of plates, bowls, glasses, cutlery, pans, pots, kitchen appliances, and kitchen utensils
• Optimal Loading and Operation of Dishwashers
• Manual cleaning of delicate parts
• Putting away clean dishes, cutlery, and kitchen appliances and utensils 
• Organization of Workflows at the Workstation
• Checking that the dishwashers are working properly
• Cleaning of floors and countertops in the kitchen, cold storage rooms, and other kitchen areas and fixtures
• Monitoring the inventory of cleaning supplies (dish soap, cleaning agents, sponges, brooms, rags, gloves, etc.) and forwarding orders to supervisors
• Waste disposal and cleaning/disinfection of trash bins
