Tasks

• Organizing workflows and supervising the ward to ensure everything runs smoothly
• Checking and restocking inventory and placing orders with the restaurant manager
• Management of a service station
• Providing seamless, high-quality guest service
• Ensuring and monitoring order, cleanliness, and hygiene on the ward
• Welcoming, seating, and attending to guests
• Advising guests on food and beverage selections and taking orders
• If necessary, filleting, carving, and flambéing dishes
• Operating the cash register, processing payments with guests, monitoring and reconciling cash on hand

Requirements

• Completed training in the restaurant or hotel industry
• Excellent customer service skills
• Good manners & a neat appearance
• Punctuality, good time management, speed
• Reliability
• Cleanliness & Hygiene
• Organizational Skills
• Communication and teamwork skills
• strong ability to grasp new concepts and problem-solving skills
• Ability to handle stress and willingness to work flexible hours
• Proficiency in German
• Foreign language skills are a plus
