To complete our housekeeping team, we are currently seeking a dedicated Floor Supervisor (m/f/d) for 40 hours per week!

Requirements

As a Floor Supervisor (m/f/d), you will be responsible for a variety of tasks:

Cleaning and maintenance
- Cleaning and maintenance of guest rooms and public areas
- Monitoring and ensuring compliance with our quality and hygiene standards
- Laundry management within your area of responsibility

Supervisory duties
- Inspection of cleaned rooms
- Monitoring daily work processes
- Assisting with the training of new employees
- Ensuring smooth workflows in housekeeping
- Reporting defects and special incidents

Support role
- Supporting the Director of Housekeeping
- Coordinating between housekeeping and other departments
- Supplies management, ordering, and assistance with inventory
- Documentation of quality control

Your qualifications:

Professional experience in housekeeping is preferred but not required
Structured and independent work style
High attention to quality and a high level of professionalism
Willingness to work on weekends
Languages: Fluent in German and English
Ability to work in a team and a sense of responsibility
Friendly and well-groomed appearance

Language skills

A2 (basics)

German

B2 (good intermediate level)

Work permit: Must have a work permit (or be an EU citizen)
Working time: Full-time (5 days)

Work experience: 1 Jahr
Leadership experience: < 1 Jahr

Continuing education and training: Housekeeping-Kenntnisse

Employment relationship: Permanent contract

Monthly salary: 2350 €
Salary type: gross
Additional salary information: This position is governed by the collective bargaining agreement for workers in the hotel and hospitality industry, classified under pay grade 3. We offer a gross monthly salary of €2,350.00. However, the actual salary depends on your experience and qualifications.
