Your Responsibilities

• You will coordinate the day-to-day operations of our wellness area and ensure a seamless guest experience
• As the first point of contact for guests and the team, you create a positive and relaxed atmosphere
• You actively support the team in day-to-day operations and lead by example
• You keep a close eye on quality, cleanliness, and a high-quality ambiance at all times
• You coordinate processes and priorities and assist with shift scheduling
• You ensure that our snack and beverage bar is always fully stocked
• You organize and restock consumables, pool towels, and supplies
• You foster team spirit
• You handle guest feedback and unexpected challenges professionally and with a focus on service
• You contribute your own ideas on how we can continuously improve the wellness and guest experience
