Requirements
Your responsibilities:
- Supporting the restaurant manager in the operational and organizational management of the restaurant
- Ensuring smooth service at the highest level
- Leading, motivating, and training the service team
- Supporting and advising our discerning international guests
- Sharing responsibility for duty scheduling, use of goods, and quality control
- Compliance with and monitoring of our service, hygiene, and quality standards
- Supporting the planning and implementation of events and special arrangements
Your profile:
- Completed training in the hotel/catering industry or comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in upscale restaurant or hotel operations
- Initial management experience is an advantage
- Strong service orientation and hospitable personality
- Organizational skills, sense of responsibility, and ability to work in a team
- Very good German and good English skills, other languages are an advantage
- Well-groomed appearance and professional demeanor
