Requirements
Your responsibilities:
- Assisting the restaurant manager with the operational and organizational management of the restaurant
- Ensuring smooth service operations at the highest level
- Leading, motivating, and training the service team
- Caring for and advising our discerning international guests
- Sharing responsibility for scheduling, inventory management, and quality control
- Adherence to and monitoring of our service, hygiene, and quality standards
- Assisting with the planning and execution of events and special arrangements
Your Profile:
- Completed training in the hospitality/restaurant industry or comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in upscale restaurant or hotel operations
- Some leadership experience is a plus
- Strong service orientation and a hospitable personality
- Organizational skills, a sense of responsibility, and the ability to work well in a team
- Very good German and good English skills; additional languages are a plus
- Well-groomed appearance and professional demeanor
