Requirements
As for you, you...
- have a confident and well-groomed appearance
- have experience in the hotel industry or a solid background in tourism
- are proficient with IT systems
- are able to multitask, are organized, and can work well under pressure
- enjoy your work and like working with friendly colleagues and guests
- You speak fluent German and have very good English skills
- We will teach you anything you don't know yet
Your responsibilities
- Various administrative office tasks (duty rosters, assigning room maids, employee timesheets, laundry orders, etc.)
- Processing daily booking requests and reservations
- Seminar and guest support as well as reception tasks such as check-in and check-out
- Representing the management, including leading the team
- You keep your eyes open throughout the business, do not shy away from challenges, and are willing to roll up your sleeves when needed
