Requirements

- You have a confident and well-groomed appearance
- have experience in the hospitality industry or a solid background in tourism
- are proficient with computer systems
- are a multitasker, organized, and able to handle stress
- enjoy your work and like working with friendly colleagues and guests
- You speak German fluently and have very good English skills
- We’ll teach you anything you don’t know yet
Your Responsibilities
- Various administrative office tasks (schedules, assigning housekeeping staff, employee timesheets, ordering linens, etc.)
- Processing daily booking inquiries and reservations
- Seminar and guest support, as well as reception duties such as check-in and check-out
- Acting on behalf of management, including leading the team
- You keep your eyes open as you navigate the business, don’t shy away from challenges, and are willing to roll up your sleeves when needed
