Assistant Manager (m/f/d)

As a country hotel specializing in seminars, conferences, and events of all kinds, we make sure our culinary delights are always a highlight. To achieve this, you will independently oversee menu planning, inventory management, and food preparation in collaboration with your team.

For this position, we offer a minimum gross monthly salary starting at EUR 4,300.00 for a 5-day workweek, ALL-IN. We are happy to pay more for strong qualifications, relevant experience, and a hard-working attitude.

We are a diverse, close-knit team that truly enjoys our work; you certainly won’t get bored, as the job is very varied. We offer you a full-time, year-round position with no fixed-term contract. 

As a family-run hotel, we place great value on regionality in all areas. We use 100% organic meat from the region, where we always purchase whole animals. Regional fish, seasonal fruits and vegetables, and organic dairy products form the foundation of our high-quality cuisine.
