Sous chef (m/f/d)

As a country hotel focusing on seminars, conferences, and events of all kinds, culinary delights are a must. To achieve this, you will be responsible for menu planning, stock management, and food preparation in collaboration with your team.

For this position, we offer a minimum gross monthly salary of EUR 4,300.00 for 5 working days per week, ALL-IN. We are happy to pay more for good qualifications, relevant experience, and diligence.

We are a diverse, friendly team who enjoy our work. You will certainly not be bored, as the job is very varied. We offer you a full-time, year-round position with no fixed term. 

As a family-run hotel, we place great value on regionality in all areas. We use 100% organic meat from the region, where we always purchase whole animals. Regional fish, seasonal fruit and vegetables, and organic dairy products are the basis of our good, high-quality cuisine.
