As a Front Office Assistant, you’ll be a key point of contact for our guests, ensuring a thoroughly enjoyable stay through your friendliness, professionalism, and ability to keep track of everything. You’ll support our front desk team in their daily operations, maintain a clear overview even during busy times, and help ensure that our hospitality is truly felt at the Burg.
Requirements
. Effective and confident communication in German and English
. Professional experience working at the front desk in the upscale hospitality industry
. Passion for the upscale hospitality industry
. Completion of a hotel management training program is a plus
