As Chef de Partie at the Kriegeralpe, you are responsible for a special area in the kitchen. You plan and organize the daily processes and ensure that the dishes are prepared to high quality standards.
You will monitor compliance with hygiene regulations and coordinate the tasks of the teams.
You will also be responsible for storing and checking the food and support the head chef with menu planning.
Your experience and skills will make a significant contribution to the success of the kitchen.
