As Chef de Partie at the Kriegeralpe, you’ll be responsible for a specific section of the kitchen. You ’ll plan and organize daily operations and ensure that dishes are prepared to the highest quality standards.

You will monitor compliance with hygiene regulations and coordinate the team’s tasks.

In addition, you’ll be responsible for food storage and inventory control, and you’ll assist the executive chef with menu planning.

Through your experience and skills, you make a significant contribution to the kitchen’s success.

YOUR EXPERIENCE

Completed training as a chef in fine dining
At least 3 years of comparable professional experience
Effective and confident communication in German and English
Passion for fine dining

B2 (good intermediate level)

Work permit: EU citizens are given priority (no permit required)
Working time: Full-time (6 days)
