As a Reception & Reservations Assistant (m/f/d), you will be responsible for the friendly and professional care of our guests and the efficient management of reception processes. Your focus is on making our guests' stay as pleasant as possible. You will take care of deposit management, voucher sales and advance reservations. As the central point of contact for our guests, you will ensure that all guest requests, reservations and the entire concierge service are completely fulfilled. You will also answer phone calls and emails and process them accordingly to ensure fast and professional communication. In addition to the operational tasks, you will take on various controlling tasks to monitor the performance of the reception department and improve service quality.

- Completed training in upscale gastronomy or specialized training at a tourism school
- Comparable professional experience in internationally renowned hotels
- Effective and confident communication in German and English
- Administrative and organizational skills with MS Office and the Protel reservation program
- Passion for upscale gastronomy
- You know how to look after our guests in a friendly, professional and personal manner
- You are the central point of contact for our guests and ensure that all guest requests, reservations and the entire concierge service are fulfilled
- Accepting and processing reservation requests (by phone, email, online)
- Deposit management, voucher sales, advance reservations
- Various controlling tasks
- You like to work independently and in a solution-oriented manner
