Description
You are the first person who has contact with our guests; as a reservation employee, you play an important role in the organization and administration of the reservation programs and are also an important contact person for customers.
Requirements
- Completed vocational training in tourism and experience in a similar position in the upscale hotel industry
- Very good knowledge of German
- Ability to work under pressure, flexibility and organized work
- Guest and service-oriented thinking as well as impeccable manners and a well-groomed appearance
- Knowledge of a hotel reservation system, preferably Fidelio
- Language skills
