Welcome to the EurothermenResort Bad Schallerbach. Since December 2005, the Hotel Paradiso**** has been setting new standards in the spa hotel industry and offering its guests a feel-good atmosphere of the highest quality! To strengthen our team, we are looking for a RECEPTIONIST
Your responsibilities:
- Welcoming and assisting our discerning guests
- Check-in and check-out, including cash register operations
- Handling guest complaints
- Ensuring a smooth shift operation in accordance with hotel standards
- Reservation tasks
- Covering for the Night Auditor as needed
Requirements
- Completed vocational training in tourism and several years of experience in a similar position in the upscale hospitality industry
- Excellent German language skills
- Ability to handle pressure, flexibility, and a structured approach to work
- Ability to work independently and responsibly
- Attention to detail and the ability to grasp new concepts quickly
- Guest- and service-oriented mindset, impeccable manners, and a well-groomed appearance
- Excellent knowledge of the Fidelio hotel software
- Language skills
