If you love
- welcome and assist our guests
- handle check-in and check-out, including cash register operations
- handle complaints professionally
- ensuring a smooth shift in accordance with hotel standards
- taking and processing reservations
- and, when necessary, cover for the Night Auditor
Requirements
Then you'll find a place with us where you can do what you truly enjoy, with
- Completed vocational training in tourism and experience in a similar position in the upscale hospitality industry are a plus
- Excellent German language skills
- Ability to handle pressure, flexibility, and an organized work style
- A guest- and service-oriented mindset, as well as good manners and a well-groomed appearance
- Knowledge of a hotel reservation system, preferably Fidelio
- Language skills
