Your area of responsibility:
- Reception and care of our discerning guests
- Check-in and check-out including cash register management
- Complaints handling
- Ensuring a smooth shift schedule in compliance with hotel standards
- Reservation activities
- Representation of the night audit if required
Requirements
- Completed vocational training in tourism and several years of experience in a similar position in the upscale hotel industry
- Very good knowledge of German
- Ability to work under pressure, flexibility and organized work
- Independent and responsible way of working
- Accuracy and quick comprehension
- Guest and service-oriented thinking as well as impeccable manners and a well-groomed appearance
- Very good knowledge of the hotel software Fidelio
- Language skills
