PUT YOUR TALENTS TO WORK:

  • You will assist the restaurant manager with the operational and strategic management of the entire restaurant area, including the bar and banquet services
  • In the restaurant manager’s absence, you will assume full responsibility and leadership of the team
  • Together with the management team, you’ll ensure a high-quality culinary experience and identify areas for improvement
  • You will serve as a role model, lead with dedication, and motivate the team—from apprentices to seasoned professionals
  • You are actively involved in the daily organization and coordination of service operations
  • You will assist with the training, guidance, and professional development of new and existing team members
  • You are the first point of contact for guests regarding questions, suggestions, or complaints and ensure professional complaint management. You handle shift and vacation scheduling while always maintaining an overview
  • You will develop new concepts together with the restaurant manager and contribute creative ideas
  • You ensure compliance with our HACCP standards and quality guidelines in all service areas
  • You will actively participate in day-to-day operations and provide support as needed on the floor or at the bar
  • You demonstrate a strong commitment to personal and professional development

Requirements

  • You have completed vocational training in restaurant management, hotel management, or hold a comparable qualification
  • You have some initial management experience in the upscale service sector and are now ready to take the next step
  • You are a motivating individual with a hands-on approach who takes responsibility and serves as a role model
  • You present yourself with confidence, style, and a service-oriented approach—your well-groomed appearance underscores your professionalism
  • You are a true team player, build trust within the team, and motivate others through enthusiasm and competence
  • You think entrepreneurially, work in a structured manner, and set high quality standards
  • You have a keen eye for detail—both in service procedures and in addressing guest requests
  • In-depth knowledge of wine and beverages is a plus
  • You bring experience from the upscale hotel or restaurant industry
  • You have excellent German skills as well as very good written and spoken English
  • Ideally, you are a certified apprentice trainer or willing to obtain this qualification
  • You want to develop professionally and personally—and are ready for the opportunity to take on a leadership role in management in the medium term
