Description
The Hotel Amerika-Holzer is located in one of Carinthia's most beautiful spots, on the idyllic and cozy Lake Klopeiner See. The hotel complex is very large and offers plenty of space per guest. Up to approx. 160 adults during peak season + approx. children during the holiday season vacation here. A varied breakfast buffet, a small lunch buffet at midday, and an excellent 4-course menu + salad buffet and cheese dessert platter in the evening are offered. During the school holidays, there is a daily selection from the buffet for children. In the early and late seasons, there are many short-stay guests and events at the hotel, while from mid-June to mid-September, guests tend to take longer vacations with us, ranging from 1 week to 3 weeks. The entire team at Hotel Amerika-Holzer consists of approximately 60 people, plus approximately 30 people at the partner hotel Birkenhof am See. The company's aim is always to provide the best possible amenities for guests on vacation and to create a good atmosphere for everyone by ensuring that the working environment for employees is as pleasant as possible. Clear job descriptions and good instructions are extremely helpful in this regard. By performing their duties, every employee is also a host and shares responsibility for ensuring that guests have a wonderful and carefree vacation.
Requirements
Practical experience in the HR hotel sector, sound training as a basis, problem-solving skills, empathy, experience with modern software, flexibility, ability to work independently, economic thinking and acting. Previous professional experience with personal responsibility, at least in the HR sector, preferably in the hotel sector, is required. Knowledge of payroll accounting or payroll accounting programs is desirable.
