As Deputy Restaurant Manager (m/f/d) at DAS KRONTHALER, you will ensure that

• our guests enjoy a first-class service experience at a high level.
• a smooth flow of daily business as well as breakfast, lunch and dinner service is guaranteed.
• Lead and motivate the service team and develop them together with the restaurant manager.
• Standards in the areas of quality, hygiene (HACCP) and hospitality are observed and practiced.
• And vacation schedules and support orders and inventories.
• You are a competent contact person for guests and team members and find solutions even in challenging situations.

You bring the following with you

• a completed apprenticeship in the hotel or catering industry.
• several years of experience in upscale restaurant service, ideally with initial management responsibility.
• Passion for hospitality quality and an eye for detail.
• Organizational talent, strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team.
• Ability to work under pressure and flexibility even with a high volume of guests.
• Very good written and spoken German and English, other foreign languages an advantage.
• Knowledge of merchandise management, duty planning and ideally cash register systems.
• Independent and structured way of working.
