As a sommelier (m/f/d) at DAS KRONTHALER, you will ensure that

• our guests receive expert advice and an excellent wine experience.
• the wine list is constantly updated, expanded and adapted to seasonal menus.
• professional storage and care of the wine range is ensured.
• Wine recommendations are made in close consultation with the kitchen and service.
• Conduct training courses and tastings for employees and guests.
• is involved in the selection and purchase of wines.
• compliance with hygiene and quality standards is guaranteed at all times.

You bring the following with you

• a completed training in gastronomy as well as a recognized sommelier training.
• in-depth knowledge of wine, sparkling wine, spirits and non-alcoholic accompaniments.
• a keen sense of flavors, pairing and culinary enjoyment.
• Enthusiasm for upscale hospitality and a pronounced service orientation.
• a confident manner, strong communication skills and team spirit.
• Very good written and spoken German and English, other foreign languages an advantage.
• Experience in direct guest contact as well as in upscale restaurant service.
