As Chef de Cuisine (m/f/d) at DAS KRONTHALER, you will ensure that

• our guests with excellent and creative dishes.
• the kitchen organization runs smoothly and all processes are designed efficiently.
• Hygiene standards (HACCP) are consistently implemented and adhered to.
• innovative menus and culinary concepts are developed and implemented.
• the kitchen team is optimally planned and managed.
• the economic efficiency of the kitchen is always kept in mind.

You bring the following with you

• completed training as a chef, ideally with further training as a master chef.
• several years of experience in the upscale gastronomy/hotel industry, preferably in a managerial position.
• Passion and creativity for fine cuisine.
• strong team leadership and organizational skills.
• economic thinking and forward-looking planning.
• very good knowledge of German, knowledge of English is an advantage.
• Hands-on mentality: You actively help out in the kitchen and master every position.
• Flexibility and willingness to work evenings and weekends.
