What are your tasks?

• Host mentality - Representation of the company
• Professional care for our guests
• Support and replacement of the head waitress
• Representation of the days off at the bar
• Responsibility for a smooth service process
• Implementation of quality controls and monitoring
• Welcoming and seating guests and actively advising them at the table
• Use in day-to-day operations
• Control of the stations and the restaurant, tidiness and cleanliness of the mise en place
• Maintain collegial cooperation between departments
• Maintaining contact with guests
