Requirements
- Reception and Guest Services: You are the first point of contact for our guests and ensure that they feel welcome from the moment they arrive.
- Check-in and check-out: You handle the check-in and check-out processes efficiently and ensure that all guest information is recorded accurately.
- Guest services: You are available to our guests at all times to answer questions and address concerns, and you offer assistance to make their stay as pleasant as possible.
- Cashiering and billing: You are responsible for cashiering and preparing invoices.
- Coordination and communication: You work closely with all departments of the hotel to ensure smooth operations.
- Administrative tasks: You will handle administrative tasks such as processing mail, emails, and phone calls, as well as maintaining guest databases.
