Requirements
- Management of the Hotel Front Desk
- Management of the reception team: Leading, motivating, and training the reception team to ensure excellent guest service.
- Organization and Administration: Overseeing and optimizing all reception procedures, including check-in and check-out processes.
- Quality Assurance: Ensuring adherence to high quality standards in guest care and service.
- Guest Interaction: Providing personalized care to our guests and handling special requests and complaints in a professional and friendly manner.
- Coordination: Close collaboration with other hotel departments to ensure smooth operations and high guest satisfaction.
- Financial Management: Responsibility for cash management, invoicing, and accounting.
