For our Almwellness Resort Tuffbad, we’re looking for a bartender (m/f/d) to support our service team in the evenings and create special moments of enjoyment with an eye for detail. Whether behind the bar or interacting with guests—your dedication helps ensure our guests experience true moments of well-being.

Requirements
Professional Qualifications:
✔️ Completed training in the hotel or restaurant industry, or a comparable qualification✔️ Several years of experience in upscale service, ideally in the wellness or 4****Superior hotel sector✔️ Experience in professional, warm guest interaction—from greeting to personal farewell✔️ Solid knowledge of à la carte and beverage service; wine knowledge is a plus✔️ Proficiency with POS systems (e.g., Orderman) and MS Office✔️ Language skills in German (very good) and ideally other foreign languages (English is a plus)

✔️ Strong service orientation and the ability to anticipate our guests’ needs✔️ Warmth, empathy, and a passion for providing personalized service to our guests✔️ Strong organizational and planning skills, even during busy service periods✔️ Excellent communication skills and team spirit – you are a host with heart and foster a warm, welcoming atmosphere✔️ Sense of responsibility, initiative, and a confident demeanor✔️ A well-groomed appearance and an authentically positive attitude
