For our Almwellness Resort Tuffbad, we are looking for a Caretaker / Building Technician who, with care, attentiveness, and a solution-oriented approach, ensures that the resort’s infrastructure and technology are always in top condition—in perfect harmony with our philosophy: mindfulness, appreciation, humanity, positive thinking, warmth, and individuality.
Requirements

🔧 Professional Qualifications:✔️ Completed training in a trade (e.g., electrician, plumber, mechatronics technician, or similar qualifications)✔️ Experience in technical support for a hotel or resort✔️ Knowledge of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems as well as general building services engineering✔️ Experience performing repairs and small-scale installations✔️ Proficiency with common computer programs and maintenance software✔️ Language skills: German (very good); English is a plus
🛠️ Personal Skills & Soft Skills:✔️ Strong service orientation and the ability to respond quickly to the needs of the property and guests ✔️ Solution-oriented, flexible, and highly self-motivated ✔️ Team player and willing to assist in various areas of the property ✔️ High level of precision and organizational skills ✔️ Well-groomed appearance and an authentically positive demeanor
